Retail rail should be requested only after its target page is published.
There are 4 different options for adding links in a Retail Rail: PDF, Special Offer, other internal page, or Direct to Booking. Please use the fields below to provide the necessary links to complete your request.
You have the option to link directly to the booking engine. For Special Offers, please ensure the Offer ID is included in the link where applicable. We also recommend you include flexible dates. When redirecting to the booking engine from the retail rail, please also include a link to the Ts&Cs if the offer/package has any.
You can still link to the Special Offer page if you don't wish to link directly to booking. If you do link directly to booking for any Offer that requires Terms & Conditions, then a second "View Terms" link that goes to the Special Offer page where the Ts&Cs reside is required.
Please provide the URL for any internal page you wish to link to other than Direct to Booking or a Special Offer. If linking to a PDF, provide the PDF name.
All retail rails must be published with an image. When a retail rail references an offer, we suggest that the offer image be used in the retail rail. If you do not select an image for use, by default we will use the image of the offer page. You should include the image you want selected in your submission if you wish for it to be different than the corresponding offer image.

To Use an Existing Image on file:-
To use a new image please download the Image Update Secondary spreadsheet, save it to your desktop, complete it and then attach it to this form, along with your image file. We are accepting only one image file per form.
To use a third-party logo, please download the Third-Party Logo Approval document, save it to your desktop, complete it and then attach it to this form, along with the logo image file and the completed Image Update Secondary spreadsheet.
All images submitted for publication on the brand websites must be a minimum of 3000 pixels on the shorter side (e.g. 3500 x 3000 pixels is acceptable, 2500 x 3000 pixels is not). Please note Portrait images do not display well on the Global Web sites, it is advisable to provide Landscape images only. Please do not exceed 10 megabytes for each individual image submitted.
